XL1s wide angle lens Can't Post

Hi,
Does anyone have any experience with off-brand wide angle adapters for the XL1s? I've seen a few on Ebay for $249.00 and 47th St. Photo has one for $200.00.
Thanks,
Bob

In optics you usually get what you pay for. Have not read any glowing reports about the low cost optics/adapters, but have read about a few disappointments.
In the world of 35mm photography I've found off-brand, low cost optics to be very disappointing.
Try 'google' the make/model of the adapters and see what shows up. And if you cannot find the make/model that often is not a good sign.
