Zebra Pattern Setting Can't Post

Hi all,
Can anybody recommend a Zebra Pattern Setting for indoor reception shooting with the help of a 50 watt lamp and a 150 watt lamp. I'll be using the XL1s. I've used it before, but either the image is too bright or there is a lot of grain due to it being too dark.
Thanks in advance.

Zebra is something you have to adjust to based on yor shooting eye and circumstances. The XL1 fixed setting was 95 IRE, probably good if you want to know which highlights are about to get blown out. Practice with different settings to see what works best for you under the intended shooting conditions.
