microphone mount piece is broken	Can't Post

Hi, acidentally the piece where the microphone is mounted broke, it is a shame.
Do you guys now where to get that part??
I also want to know what "TAPES" do you recommend for best quality.

Check EBay,, I've seen the whole mic set-up for sale there..
search for "Canon Xl1"..
I prefer to use Sony tapes.. High grade,,.
