this might be one sided but...... Can't Post

Ok first and foremost..im not some jack ass that wants a cam to shoot, BBQ's and B-day parties. I was in video production for 3 years using a linear editing system. Then I got out of it for a couple of years. Now more than ever I want to get back into it. My problem is what do I buy...im torn between the XL1 and Sony's VX2000. I have used the VX2000, i liked it but alot of the video was exactly that "video" looking. I read may reviews that stated the XL1, has a more film look to it. I havent had the chance to use the XL1. If you have used both the VX2000 and XL1, please e-mail me and let me know what your opinion is on the 2 cams.
Thanks
Mark

I love my XL1 - I havn't shot on the VX2000 (yet) but I've had plenty hours with it's brother the PD150. Bottom line is I don't like the PD150! It's B&W veiwfinder isn't as highres as it should be and the flip out screen not much better either.
