xl1 playback query Can't Post

My xl1 did a strange thing today, I was filming a harbour scene from my house in late afternoon sunlight, the brown tiled roof on a house opposite, in the foreground of the shot,
became covered in rotating coloured circular wheels of green and blue and red , like a kaleidoscope!
Has any one seen the same thing on playback with an xl1?

The Sun can play strange tricks with the lens. Sometimes this is cause by reflections among the internal lens elements (and filter too), dust on components, or the nature on CCD image sensor.
Try sunlight of someone's bald head. That made a great shot!
