Audio Synchronisation	Can't Post

Hi All,
I'm a composer writing music to picture. I have a Casablanca Avio and would love to be able to use it to play-back video to which I am writing music. To do that, however, I'd need the playback of the video on the Avio to be synchronised to the music sequencer program I use on my PC (either Emagic Logic or Steinberg's Cubase VST). Is there a way of linking the two systems so that when I press play, fast-forward or rewind in my music sequencer it will also make the video on the Avio play from the correct point in the film, and pick-up from the correct point if I'm not starting from the beginning of the film?
