Blurry pictures when capture	Can't Post

When i do try to capture from my Sony VX700E camcorder, the picture are so blurry, that i hardly can see whats on the picture. The picture(s) is like when you have a really bad resolution.. Can anyone please tell me whats going on ???
I have tried to use both Ulead Videstudio 6 - 7, and Pinnacle Studio 8.. Same result. i`ve even tried with a different Firewire card..

Have you played back the video direct from Camera to TV? It could be that the original video footage was taken with the auto focus feature turned off.
