I'm a new cassie user and made a post earlier that my first project had this "paint" effect. After talking to Matt in Tech Support, it was determined I probably had a bad video board. (And yes, it did aggreviate me that I got the "1 out of a million" defective machines) But you wouldn't believe the prompt, courteous service I received. On Wednesday I shipped the cassie Fed X overnight back to Matt. He received on Thursday, repaired and shipped it back out. This morning (Friday), I received my cassie back and everything's working just as it should. NOW IS THAT SERVICE OR WHAT???????
