I am no expert, but here is an idea - It seems like it should work - if it is no good then I am sure some one will correct me.
Try typing it all in and get everything where it is supposed to be without the accent mark. One you have it like you want it (without the mark) make a scene that section of the Storyboard. Then go back to the titler and put the accent mark where you want it (obviously over the "e" in your last name). Basically add a layer to the the already rendered titled footage once you make a scene of it.
However, there might be a simpler way - MAybe some Cassie vets will speak up.
