IEEE Audio problem and Pfoto Transfer 1.3 Problem	Can't Post

1) When I try to import my footage into the Avio via IEEE Firewire, I can not get both Audio Channels.
I am using a Canon XL1S and have recorded the footage on STEREO 1 & STEREO 2. The Avio does not seem to recognize the STEREO 2 channel.

2) Using Phototransfer 1.3 with some of the transitions gives me black horizontal spacing above and bellow the pictures even if I use the standard size 720X480 Pixels.
Please advice abouh both problems.
