Kron Boot delay Can't Post

My machine suddenly developed a long delay in booting. On power-up, the logo screen comes up, then nothing happens for 2 minutes.
Then the hourglass icon comes up in the left-hand corner, and a number in the right corner of the monitor. Nothing happens for about another minute, then there's a flicker and the system boots. Everything works normally after that, but I'm wondering why it started doing this, and if it means something worse is about to happen.

A "numner in the right corner" sounds like a hardware problem.
I would contact the MS support as soon as possible. Do you have 2 drives installed in your Kron and you have access only to one of them?
