Kron Titler - causes system shutdown	Can't Post

Help.
When in my titling window I press the Enter/edit Text button, as soon as the window opens a box appears with AN UNRECOVERABLE ERROR message forcing my Kron to re-start. What is happening? Do I need to bring the unit in or can I fix the problem by clearing all projects (which I really don't want to do)and re-booting?

Dear Alistair,
For Casablanca Tech related issues, my strongest suggestion is to contact our Tech Support folks in Boulder.
They can be reached via phone at 303-801-1010. You can also reach them via email (address on our website) . Please include the OS (operating system) Version you are running and all pertinent contact info so they can return the inquiry.
Also - I strongly recommend you log onto and join our Casablanca Forum. Very helpful and knowledgeable folks are online all time of the day (and weekends/holidays as well) to provide assistance and offer support from user to user. You can also find the link to that forum on the Casablanca website.
That is a great resource in addition to this site.
