PC-Link Image Quality Can't Post

Hi Everyone:
I'd like to use PC-Link to transfer still images I've made on the Cassie back to my PC to print using a photo quality printer (possibly up to an 8"x10").
1) How good is the resolution/quality of a Cassie still image? dpi?
2) How good is the resolution/quality of this image once it's transferred to my PC via PC-Link? dpi?
3) Will this be good enough to get great looking photos printed on a photo quality printer as sizes up to 8"X10"
4) Would I better off to use something like PLAY's Snappy (which claims something like 1400x1100 DPI resolution for a still capture)?
Many, many thanks to anyone that has information on this!!!
Take Care... Mike.
