Photo Transfer 1.3 Problem Can't Post

Here is the problem, I just upgraded to the new photo transfer 1.3.
Before my pictures would fit the full screen when I sized my photos at 720x480, which was recomended by AVIO and it worked.
Since I upgraded to 1.3 that size does not fill the whole screen. I understand that is a very standard size for just about all NLE systems. What should I size my photos to fil the whole screen and not getting the black lines on the sides of my picture transitions.
