Prestige freezing up

Prestige freezing up	Can't Post

The Prestige I just bought keeps freeezing when I try to "add project" during the DVD phase. The video is 110 minutes and the it does say 88% so I am under the 100% in the buffer. It did work when I tested a 3 minute video however it does not work at this length.

These machines don't freeze up, so it must be a user error.
However, before assuming any error ... it might just take a long time and appear to be frozen. Have you left it overnight in this state, just to see what happens?

try shutting the Prestige down and rebooting before burning, I do this with my kron always and get very good results.
Leaving it overnight will not help, it should take approx. 2.5 hours to add project give or take (which is quite acceptable if you make some comparisons).
