Frank I have a 60 9 gig and paid around $6,900 for it last March. It might be of some
interest to you that someone has a 60 9 gig for sale at $4,500. It is listed on Video
University site under Trader section, As far as the cassie goes I would never give it up.
They say the PC systems can do some things the cassie can't but I wouldn't know. I
researched several systems and watched several help boards before decideing to buy
cassie. The PC systems seemed to be full of conflicts and problems that I didn't need.
All the different manufactures of the components all blamed one another. I want to edit
not play computer programmer. Might suggest that you have a power back-up system
for any system you buy as during cleanup (defragmentation) the power fails your project
is GONE.

If you like to travel, go directly to Europe and through dozens of retailers pick up a Cassie for a more realistic price... 4998 DEM German Marks or $3047 US will get you a 9 gig. Found a supplier in France...same unit $3300 US funds. We have a monopoly happening here I think. Our round trip to Germany from Hawaii is only $600. Alohaaaa..Mike
