Solitaire Problem Can't Post

Has anyone had a problem with migrating video clips popping up in weird places or around transitions with the solitaire?

This has been a common problem with the last few OS. The solution is to POWER DOWN on an EMPTY project.....it clears the cache.

I do know that a number of users power down on an empty project to clear the cache... and it may be a wise practive.

I would highly recommend contacting our tech support folks in the Boulder office to report your problem as I have not heard of any Solitaire users facing this issue.

Regards,

Chet

This problem has been addressed during the last few years. In my case, Christmas Day of the family migrated to a wedding. Mind you, only a clip for a short second........after posting on the Cassie BB, other users also had observed this situation. Tim Kennely, a contributor to that forum, advised to shut the power down from an empty project. No problem hence.
