Sync problem casblanca I	Can't Post

Who can help me
The machine has been disconnected for a coupleof weeks,
I believe its a casblanca I (older type)The is no DV-board present. The machine give's no sync pulse on the analog output:
1) On the scart is no signal on the cvbs-output. There is only RGB-out (on the 3 pins for Red Green and Blue) wih no sync-pulse.
2) On the SVHS-output, there is only colorsignal present. The pin of the Y-signal doesn't give any signal.
Please help me

Please confirm what you see on an NTSC monitor. The generalized speculation that you are not getting a sync pulse may be incorrect.
If you are getting a slow vertical crawl your Casablanca unit may be in PAL mode. Make certain nothing but your NTSC video line is plugged in while testing.
Re-install your Operating System from floppy.
