HELP KRON and GVD300 problems HELP	Can't Post

I am using a Sony GVD 300 to read and record my dv images but since I changed from Casablanca Classic to KRON I am unable to do anything beceuse I get pixels in my images while my original footages done with a Sony TRV 950 are good...
I already send my GVD 300 and my Kron for controls to Sony and Macromedia respectively...Moreover, my Kron has just been updated
Anyome can give me an advice or help me I am desesperated...
