file recovery?	Can't Post

I was doing a shoot last night with 3 cameras running through a video mixer and i was recording it all with my avio. Towards the end of the show the electricity went out and of course everything crashed. When I started the avio back up all of the video that I had just captured was gone. Is there any way to get it back?

Nope. It's gone. Sorry. You'll have to recapture it from your tape backup.
