Is SpiceRack a good addition to the standard transitions and
effects for Cassie ??
What about any of the other programs, Akaba, or the Monument Titler ?

Spicerack is wonderful. It offers a great number of transitions and a wide variety of permutations for each transition.
Monument is terrific and getting better with the latest version about to come out. It will offer smoother motion and anti-aliasing than previous versions.
Akaba is a product which requires specific needs for adjustments and drawing. I think you should investigate it and see if you have these needs.
