I sell 4x6s as units (4) / don't offer them in the packages / they can scan 8x10s as well / lots opt for the higher priced CD anyway

sometimes, as good as offering the CD is, it could cost you a job. I lost one for March because the dad and the bride didn't want to be bothered
with having to do it all themselves. By the time I had gotten back to the mom, to let her know I could set them up online ordering, it was too late.
Ultimately though, they were cheap. i found out the dad didn't think he should be paying more than $600 for pictures, and even that was too much.

so, I have since added prints to my photo packages. before the end of the year, I may ultimately be selling the CD for extra $$$, cuz prints are cheap to do.

i have been getting them done at Sam's club. But i am going to try Mpix for the bigger enlargements this time around.

Yep. I do all the post work, then take the CD over there and use the Kiosk, select 4x6 for proofs, then walk around and eat samples for 30 minutes, then pick them up Cool

Scott ... are you getting them printed on Lustre, Matte or glossy?

Matte is the only surface they have. Mpix offers the other ones..
