Been using one for a couple of weeks now. Had some distant family comment on it yesterday - then I mentioned that I got the idea from a professional photography site and they wanted to make one themselves...

It does work pretty good. I just use the 33 cents/sheet foam from the walmart craft dept. It works great, and you can bend it and fold it down the back like on the video. I have taken a few pictures in the mirror to see what it actually looks like, and it makes a great big huge and EVEN flash bulb on the top of your flash.
