My guess is the fact it doesn't even show up on Canon's website or in it's performance description that it has "creamy bokeh" ( sounds like some type of contagious infection )
may have scared bidders off.

We'll never know........

It's likely not as bad as 'they' say. I'd guess it's the ultra-shallow dof that's causing the unsharpness. These fast lenses take a heck of a lot of practice to use, especially at close range. I can't even imagine what an f1.0 would be like. Love to try one, tho.

Can't figure out why they're asking so much money for this unit. From what I've read it should be in around $2000 used.
