Apple's Aperture vs Adobe's Lightroom Can't Post

anyone had the chance to compare the two? it seems to me that lightroom (currently beta software) has potential in being better than aperture. It has distinct advantages. That is until apple comes up with a version 2. This will be an interesting battle.

but it doesn't look good for aperture.

Re: [sal] Apple's Aperture vs Adobe's Lightroom [In reply to] Can't Post

Only the Aperture engineering manager got fired, the rest of the original team moved on to other projects but Aperture is still alive inside Apple.

Aperture is at version 1.1.1 and most of the RAW conversion problems of v.1.0 have been fixed. It is much better now. Believe me. Smile
