Best place to go for online picture matting? Can't Post

I have a MOB who wants me to do her daughters engagement picture the day after Christmas or the next day and then have it processed, matted and framed for their wedding which is Jan. 6th and then he has to leave for Iraq (he's a Marine going back for a second tour). Their photographer qouted them a price of $500 plus to do this and I think I can do it for less and it would look nice for a start to my portfolio. Who do you suggest for matting and possibly framing?

I would be fearful of using an "online" framer if that is what you wanted. Need to see/feel the frame quality to start.

Hobby Lobby has the best deals by me. You need to be certain frame fits their decor, not just your image. Perhaps pick up (or photograph) the frames they can select from.... and note that 20"x30" is not a standard!

I now let clients handle their own frames if its over 8x10"... but I did frame initially frame bridal shots at HL twice. They did quick/nice work here.

Also, local boutiques for frames if something more unusual is wanted.
