CS2 editors - computer? Can't Post

Those of you editing photos w/ CS2 - what are you running the program on? Mac? Dell? And what size monitor do you prefer or suggest?

I also recommend a dual monitor set-up with the workspace's monitor size near the same size as your intended output. For me, I primarily hope to do 10x10 albums, which results in a 10x20 inch lay-out (across two pages). So I ended up with a 19" wide screen lcd for the image work space while the tools are on the CRT screen side.

BTW, I prefer to view the video stuff on the CRT, so the wide-screen actually ends up being my video s/w workspace.

Both monitors are calibrated monthly (with a spyder) which seems far more important to me for the photo stuff. Its nice to get the same look from both monitor and printers (remember to tell photo labs to disable their auto adjustments).

OOps.... glossed over the gear manufacturers:

Mac G5 with a 23" Apple Cinema.

Now that the new Macs are out the prices are looking good on monitors as well. If were buying today I would have myself the 30" cinema. Sly
