CS2 on more than 2 computers ? Can't Post

Just picked up the CS2 Premium with the intent of installing it on 2 home computers and partially on 1 laptop.
The "activation clause" to call it that, seems to indicate that in order to have it running on a different computer it has to be deactivated from the first ?? Or am I interperting this wrong?
Anyone have experience with this?

That's right. They let you run it on your desktop and on your laptop.

If you exceed the allowable installs, the activation process makes you call Adobe, go through a long automated menu sequence, and finally get a live person to whom you can explain what you are doing and why you should be allowed to do it. Start thinking up good excuses in advance.

"Yeah, the dog ate my hard drive".
"My girlfriend formatted my laptop and now I have to reinstall everything."
"I spilled Pepsi on the machine".
"I sold the old computer and uninstalled CS2 from it. Now I want to install on my new machine".
"Termites! They're everywhere!!"
