Food Photoshoot: C&C Wanted Can't Post

Hey, I took a crack at food photography a few weeks back, helping out a buddy at a local restaurant who wanted a few stock images of his entrées for future use. In retrospect, I opened the aperture too wide and tilted the shoots too far. Any comments/criticism welcome, Post Processing comments as well. Here are a few:

Nice work J. A little PS work will fix those up nicely. I may have lit them a little bit, a few seem a little dark on certain angles.

The biggest problem I see is that they are making me want to eat my monitorUnsure But then again, I guess thats what they are supposed to do.Smile

Two comments....
  1. depth of field is to shallow.... (you did say the aperture was wide open...)
  2. To clinical.... I would try to get somthing into the background...something that matchs the theme of the resturant.
