Has anyone tought about Blogger? Can't Post

Hi

I shot a friend´s daugther wedding video last week, and carried along (as always) my still cam. As she went on a one month honeymoon, I tought to give them a surprise and to put a webpage with a few pictures from the weeding.

Then I found Picasa, Google´s free image administration and manipulation program. Within the program i found a link to hello!, an instant meesenger were you can share your pics in realtime as you chat, but what really gets my attention is that the programs (both) let´s you link to www.blogger.com were you can upload your pictures, put messages and even use pre-made templates for your blog pages for free.

Once your blog is published, people who visit the page (you can choose a web-page-like url name) are allowed to leave comments, like in an album... and you can restrict the access to registered users, put traffic counters, let the blog appears in google search... etc.

This is the blog´s link: http://velezayala.blogspot.com/ I put the blog together in minutes, published it, let the bride´s family know the address and a few hours later the thank you email arrived.

A quick, nice and FREE present to the bride and her family.

Hope this helps anyone.
