Ok....so let's start with this: Can you see the images (pull them up) on the camera to verify that they are there? If so, then plug your memory card in a memory card reader. Can you see the files by just browsing the folder on your computer? If so, then copy them to your computer. Once they are there, you should be able to pull them up in your software. Make sure that the file types that the software is looking for does not just include "images" because that file extension is not a standard "image" extension. Select "all files" in the view if it has that option.
