ISO 3200 shots Can't Post

I've always had problems uploading photos to this forum, but if this one works I'll post a couple more.

Shot w/20D 70-200 IS @ 200mm, 1/60 @ 2.8.

Neat Image was used to clean up some noise.

Dang ... I just can't get this to work in IE or FF ... or Safari for that matter.

Finally found it. Man ... this really sucks to do it this way. Pirate Anyway ... here's the first.

Yeah ... I volunteered my services on that wedding so I could experiment. I shot that from a side balcony. I had never shot at ISO 3200 before, so this gave me a chance to try some things I never had before.

Now I have no qualms at all about shooting that high at my own. Angelic

Always nice to have a free one to test out on. I did that twice but still found it stressful as I knew they were counting on me.
I'd love to have another free wedding to shoot.
It's funny how hard it is to acquire one!

When I say I volunteered ... I went to help out someone newer to weddings than myself. I wasn't the main shooter and there was someone else there. I no longer volunteer to shoot a wedding on my own for free. I just didn't have any weddings in November or December so I asked my friend if I could shoot with her on her two weddings. She was happy to have someone else there as she hates them. As a matter of fact ... she took a stack of my cards to pass out. She likes shooting seniors.

Oh yes, I remember you mentioning this now.

Smile Glad you had fun and got to test out the ISO settings.
I'm hoping to do a lot more of that in the new year.

cheers

How do you shoot at 3200 ISO with the 20D? Mine only goes up to 1600. Great image though!

I don't have the manual near right now, but it's a custom function that allows you to double the 1600 setting. When you change the CF then you still dial it in as you would for any ISO setting ... but once you pass 1600 the next setting will be "H." It does not say 3200.

Set custom function 8 to ON for the iso expansion for 3200. It will show up as H.
I also set Custom Function 2 to ON also. (Long exposure noise reduction)
