I turned down a job Can't Post

Well I think this was a first. I got a call from a lady the other day that wanted me to tape her daughter's wedding. It was one of two weekends I had open in September. I told her that I didn't really tape weddings any longer and she asked if I could make an exception. I told her I just wasn't in that business any longer.

Today ... I booked a wedding for the exact same date ... for photography. I have a meeting tomorrow with a bride. If I book that one I will hit 20 for the year. 19 and one ... and I had to tape the one. Unsure

It would appear that I was serious about getting out of wedding videography after all.

Was the video job a referral? Are you still advertising video?

Oddly enough the video job was a referral, but a referral from a photographer ... not an earlier bride.

Other than mentioning that we have a video lite package only available with photography on the website ... no advertising of video at all. And honestly ... I'll probably take video off the site completely when I update it.
