Just sharing a picture I played with from a recent, CC? Can't Post

This is from a recent and I liked the shot so much I played with it some in PS and sent it out to have it blown up to an 11" x 14". When it came back I realized that I missed some ribbon and some of the grass so I went back in this morning and fixed those things and boosted the colors that are coming through. Tell me what you think? I'm thinking I'm going to try seeing what this will look like in a 16" x 20" print and then I want to have it matted and framed to hang in my theater / living room.

Hmmmm,
Nice effect. Continue on the candles on the altar, the bouquets, and petals in the aisle.

Thanks WLR. I just gave it a whirl and it kind of made the focus change from the end of the aisle to further up the altar. Plus the red carpet was overpowering the yellow rose petals making them red.

I like it - I think the people in the foreground kinda kill the focus that should be specifically on the flowers in the foreground and the B & G in the Background... try cropping out the people in the pew on the left hand side .... see if that reverts the focus points ... very nice job.. How long did it take you>>>???

Well the selective color process took me maybe 15 or 20 minutes tops. I should have this very picture arriving today as a 16"x20" and when you order that size you get to adjust the crop so the lady with the dark hair closest to you is not in the picture now. I mounted it to a double weight matte board so I can get it framed.

Where are you getting your enlargement done/printed? I was thinking of getting some of my goofy pics enlarged just to hang on the wall of my apartment, since my walls are kinda bare. (Anything but wedding pics...they give me nightmares!Tongue) I was just going to do it at Walgreens.com, since you can do it online and have them shipped to you, and I won't have to leave the house. But I'm sure there's a more professional place online, besides a drug store, to do it for a comparable price.

Rusty, I'm using www.mpix.com and so far I love them. The quality is great and the shipping is only $4.99 and it has always only taken two days from the time of the upload to the time they arrive at my door. Their prices are very reasonable too.

Wow, thanks, that's a great website. I think I'm going to start sending all of my film there, instead of taking it to Walgreen's, which is a PITA since I work from home.

Thanks again!
