Online Photography courses worth the salt? Can't Post

Are there any online photography classes that are worth it? I am not talking about courses on how to work the camera, but on photography. I am looking for help with composition and light and exposures.

Seems as though you get feedback from instructors, as well as info, which IMO is more valuable when trying to learn an art.
