Question for canon 20d or nikon d70 owners Can't Post

Hi.
I am thinking of getting into digital photography more seriously, I currently use a Fujifilm s7000 which is ok for the job it has to do. I am looking to upgrade to either the Canon 20d or the Nikon d70. So heres the question? does any of these cameras have the capability of putting a voice memo attached to the photos, as the Fujifilm s7000 can. I really need this feature to continue the job I have at the moment.

I have a 20D...no voice recording with it. I don't think the Nikon has voice recording either but I'm not sure. Check out this site http://www.dpreview.com/ for lots of camera reviews.

Thanks Mark.
But the 1Ds Mark II. Is far out of my reach. I am from Ireland and it costs £5,300 here ($9,920 ouch).
