Shutter Speeds + 3 Flash set up Can't Post

I'm jumping into the realm of a 3 flash set up. My main concern is for the church formals. I'll be using a 580ex on cam w/ a lightspehere and (2) 430's as slaves set up on two seperate light stands.

I'm curious how I should set my exposure. Normally I'm sitting at around 1/30 5.6 @ 800 for formals. I'm assuming that with the additional "light" I may not even need to drop below 1/125 and 100 ISO.

Not sure what I should expose for. Background, gown, or the brightest area of the shot assuming that ETTL will take care of the rest.

Any tips here from people that use this set up???
