Web albums Can't Post

I've been looking for an album maker program to display the pictures that I take on the web (using my own web site) However, I want to prevent people from right clicking on them and saving or printing them. I've found plenty of web album creator programs but none disable the ability to copy or print them.

Any ideas?

... Gary

Do a search on gary fong's forums. Someone posted free scripts.

check out jalbum. It creates nice looking web albums. and it's FREE! Angelic

There are many "skins" for different looks. A few of them include the ability to disable right click and/or add a watermark. There's really no way to totally protect your images - if someone is smart enough and wants the image bad enough they'll get it. But those features will discourage the majority.... and that's about the best you can do.

If you have worries about duplication, you can always...

- add a watermark to your pictures
- disable "right clicking" thru javascript
- make your photos 72 dpi (prints will not look very nice)
Of course there are ways around these options if the person is that set on getting "copies" of your pictures, but it may deter them from going thru the trouble.
