I am having trouble understanding the print function of Photoshop CS2. I dont know why, I am usually really good at understanding software. But taking a photo and printing 2 5x7s on one page is kicking my butt.

I think its Photoshop CS (about says version 8.0)

Correct. That would be CS.

Can't remember if this was the case in CS but in CS2 it would be

1. File
2. Automate
3. Picture Package (where you select one or more photos and then apply different layouts; depending on what your output is)
