What book would be considered "The Bible" for Photography...Digital? Can't Post

Want to learn as fast as possible while playing with the camera so I was hoping you could suggest your favorite book(s) or video(s).

I posted this one over in the video forum earlier this week. Not much technical stuff, mostly composition. I bought a few copies and gave them to those that will be shooting with me.

This one is pretty good too despite the cover photo:

1 more, this one gives you some tips on how to pose (or not pose) people. Great for engagement sessions, formals, etc.:
Posing for portrait photography

Let me know if you come across any others worth reading
