book on posing? Can't Post

Can anyone recommend a good book on information and ideas for posing people?
Wedding related would be ideal, but just even a general book would be great.

Thanks
Heidi

Well, posing in general then.

Cool

I'm sure NOBODY has ever seen a cool pose and copied it. Laugh

My favorite is when the photog calls me over,"you don't wanna miss this for the video, check out this awesome pose of mine..." Then he proceeds to have the groomsmen line up and hold the bride horizontal...like every photog does at every single other wedding. Or the countless other poses they copy from each other.

Wow, if anyone should be writing books on poses, it should be us, Shadow. We have archives of poses sitting on the shelf that would dwarf anything a photog has...too bad I usually just ignore them. Laugh

Check out any of Jeff Toogood's posts here with his photos. His poses are unique, very different from anything I have seen before, not that I am some wedding photography guruWink, but I sure wish I had something like his work for my wedding albumShocked
