coffee table books Can't Post

http://www.blurb.com/
Anyone used these? I am looking for somewhere that offers more layout choice than photobox or mypublisher.

Shared Ink has exceptional service and a photographer's program. It does cost to join, but it's worth it.

There are other differences, but the photographer's program allows you to print with full bleed.

LOL ... I just live and breathe DWF.

I have a new sample coming in soon. It's going to be their 12x12 album with a red linen. All my current albums are pretty much black, so I wanted to change it up. Also, I made it one image per page ... that's it. I belive it's going to be 41 pages. They say you need to show what you want to sell ... so ...

This particular wedding that I used did not order an album, but I'll probably share the design with them and if they're interested I'll order a second book. I'll give it to them at a discounted rate IF they take my design as is, but if I have to redesign then the cost will go up significantly.

BTW ... It's rare that anyone ever gets higher raves than Chris H. from SI.

Colvin,
When I saw this thread I wondered what book you were going to make. I one day want to make a coffee table book of horses, but that will be many years from now.

For an instant I forgot all about weddings.

Well, back to editing...

I forgot about weddings as soon as I went into photos Laugh. It will probably be about animals. I have a few projects with all the pet shots I have taken this year - 7000 Shocked

7000 holy moley!

Someone has hired me for their pet portraits in a couple of weeks, they saw a display I have up at a local business and called me. I've had a few inquiries on it. Problem is that PetSmart does them for $8.99 (ba#tards) but they're super cheesy.

but petsmart doesn't sell your work! I have read a few threads about similar big store in-store operations and quite a few of them end up costing a lot more for the customer to get what they want - with you, it's guaranteed.
