I always plan to do great things with Christmas cards, then at the last minute scramble and dig up a box of cards with cats or something on them, probably given these same cards to people 3 years in a row.

If I had time I'd probably take a photo of some holiday berries or something.
Or maybe stick a photo of my tv at christmas which always shows "Log" - this is just a transmission of a fireplace, occasionally someone's hand will come on to throw more wood on the fire. The tv makes a great fake fireplace.
