Flying Low & Fast - its a lot of fun!!!! Can't Post

Hello All,

Had a great sunset flight last night and recorded it on video using a two camera setup. Lots of really low flying from different angles. Also recorded a couple of engine out landings, its a seperate video on the page below the "add comments" button. Rendered in high quality, so hope its worth the extra time to download!

Well done, Damien!

How do you like flying those weight-shift ULs?

Great video! Have you considered offering the footage to the mfg of your UL? They may not need it, but worth a try.
What cameras did you use?

Videobear, I enjoy the weight shift Ultralights. Really, its just one big hang glider with an engine. Very simple to fly, and completely open. Plus there is a degree of trailering-ability with them as the wings fold down easy.

Hal, the mfg is an american company. They stopped building this particular model, but not a bad idea. Its a real showcase for them. Tried to contact some bigger mfg's in terms of "sponsership" if I fly their machines and video them for them. Nothing yet as its a really small market, and everyone knows everyone. For now, I'll keep editing for pure fun and a tad bit of fame! I have a day job (non video) and family that I love, so I enjoy my hobby and don't want to destroy it with the pressures of someone elses demands :-)

Cheers,

Damien
