I need help for a school project Can't Post

I'm using Avid Cinema to make a movie for school, and I was wondering if there was a way to turn a single frame of film into a Jpeg so I could add little effects into it. I hope someone could help me.

If you where using Premiere 4.2 you could play the required clip in preview and then stop and choose the required frame and export it as a .bmp but try doing somthing like this in Avid I am sorry but I never worked on this.
