Looking for DV Crew for N.J. shoot next Sept.

Hi Folks!
I am making a DV feature in Bayonne, New Jersey next September and am
looking for a DP, Sound Editor, and Editor. All three must have experience working in the DV format. 2-3 wk. shoot. Payment deferred.
The film is a tragedy about a tough, self-made businessman who loses everything over a trifle because he is too proud to accept the fact that someone got the better of him. A deal with Danny Aiello fell through, so now I've decided to make the film myself on a tiny ($5-10,000) budget.
