PAL ---> NTSC Can't Post

Hi!
We're working on a huge video-project which we have been working with since August. We live in Norway, but we want to send a copy to my friend in USA. In Europa we use the PAL-format, and we know that NTSC is the video standard in America. Are there any possibility to convert between these two formats? If so, how?
The video are made on a computer with Adobe Premiere 5.1 and miroVideo DC30+
Greetings,
Hans Nikolai Førde

Try canopus software converter
www.justedit.com
That is what I would use.
