I am looking to start up a new distribution business and have some questions:

1) What kind of rights agreements are people like Atom.com giving to selected video creators? and
2) I am looking for shorts of one minute that would be shot to be viewed on a very small screen (think nintendo gameboy), do any creators specialize in this sort of video?
