Where to have Photographs transferred to glass Can't Post

I was watching a video called "Making Grimm Movies." In it they talked about taking a photograph of a building,(glass matting I believe they called it) then airbrushing it to look old, then mounting the photo in front of the original building to film the scene. This saved them $1000s of dollars because they didn't have to repaint the building. My question is, where do you send the photo to have it transferred to glass and who will do the airbrushing?
