Change Everything Music
would like to congratulate Jesse Russell Brooks for his success on directing his first music video with our Hip Hop Indie Label. With in the past 7 months , ILLCOM’s music video "The Uprising" directed by Jesse Russell Brooks has received 11 awards and over $4000 dollars in cash grants and prizes from film festivals in America and abroad. The video has been screened in over 20 festivals in 2004 and is presently pending in over 45 festival competitions and 5 invited screenings for 2005. All of this in under 7 months of festival distribution. In the music video, rap poets ILLCOM are awaken by an eruption of Hip-Hop Poetry that bring them to the center of Los Angeles' Rap and Underground Music Scene. This music video re-enacts their actual journey! If you are a film maker or musician, Please take this time to watch the music video and post you comments. We want to know what YOU think! The staff here At Change Everything Music would like to thank all the websites that support film makers and underground artists and musicians. Our journey is proof that the network of hard working artists who post and read right here have created a incredible support platform for success. Jesse Russell Brooks is currently on the MakeBelieve Film rooster as a music video director in Los Angeles and is currently in pre-production on his next music project. He is also a public speaker and film advocate whose goal is to influence musical artists around the globe to make music videos and compete in the Film Festival Market.
